Новая для науки форма грибов Mutinus ravenelii (семейство Phallaceae), найденная на востоке Московской области

Abstract


На востоке Московской области были зарегистрированы микологические находки грибов семейства Веселковые (Phallaceae), демонстрирующие признаки новой формы редкого для Северной Евразии вида Mutinus ravenelii (Berk. & M. A. Curtis) E. Fisch., 1888 (мутинус Равенеля). Данная форма была описана на основании совокупности экологических, морфологических и молекулярно-генетических данных. В качестве названия было предложено Mutinus ravenelii f. aquilonis. Филогенетическое исследование основывалось на анализе нуклеотидных последовательностей межгенного спейсера ITS и гена большой субъединицы рибосомальной РНК (LSU rRNA). Новая форма образует монофилетическую кладу на эволюционном древе. Морфологически M. ravenelii f. aquilonis отличается от известных видов и форм сочетанием нежно сиреневых и светло-розовых оттенков ложноножки, алой булавовидной фертильной частью, занимающей 3/8 всей длины ложноножки, и относительно мелкими базидиоспорами эллиптической формы. Рассмотрены особенности экологических и климатических факторов среды обитания, а также приведено морфогенетическое описание, сопровождаемое иллюстрациями и дендрограммой, определяющей положение нового представителя по отношению к морфологически сходным и таксономически родственным видам
