digital format with DOI assignment

Extraordinary epidemiological circumstances have limited the publisher’s ability to publish the Biosphere journal in print. Manuscripts accepted for publication are posted on the journal’s official website in digital format with DOI assignment. In this status, they are suitable for citation by DOI and for reporting. When the number of such manuscripts turns out to be sufficient for the formation of the next issue, each article after the final layout is fully identified with the number and pages. The generated issue with the cover, cover pages and table of contents in digital format is uploaded to eLibrary for registration at the РИНЦ index and to other sites with which there is an agreement. Prospects for the implementation of journal issues in a printed manner on paper remain uncertain. All other procedures for bringing the manuscript to publication, including the rules for authors, remain valid. The editors ask the authors to carefully read them.
